Nice location accessible by car or public transport parking is available, helpful staff, ranges of quality and prices, bit high prices mostly due to location in the city.

It is a big hardware store and has all you would expect. Helpful staff. Sensible clustering of tools.

Today I received very good service from the guy with the glasses and red hair, I think his name was David - very helpful, professional, friendly and really well informed about products in multiple different departments. Thank you!

Most helpful and knowledgeable staff ever. Walked me around the store to help find every item on my list. Knew almost imidietly where to find it, if not, second guess mostly worked, and if not then, for the most difficult rare small item, the senior staff member, the OG, knew what and where it is. Mind blowing that somebody knows every single piece in a huge hardware store. This is why you keep your staff.

Extremely knowledgeable staff.. if someone doesn’t have an answer to a very specific problem, they’ll get the colleague that does.. So I am very shocked reading the bad reviews. Have been coming for years and it’s the only place I go to ever.. as someone who does/fixes pretty much everything herself in and around her house, this is the place to be.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe a review for this store isn’t that important, but for me it really matters, especially here in the Netherlands, where truly good service can be rare. Today I was helped by Willian (I’m sorry if I got the name wrong). He is tall, has light eyes and dark blonde hair, a typical Dutch-looking guy, I’d say. He was absolutely amazing: super sweet, attentive and helped me from the very first moment I needed assistance. That kind of attitude really makes a difference in someone’s day! Thank you so much for helping me choose the color for my wall. The store definitely needs more people like him, people who are genuinely willing to help.
